Description: Records of the Head Librarian and later the Library Director concerning the operation of the library. Included are materials relating to the accreditation of the library, bibliographies for various subjects in the Stout curriculum, library collection and circulation statistics, correspondence with Stout President Verne C. Fryklund, equipment and furniture inventories, the Textbook Service, library personnel, the new Pierce Library building, and minutes of the Library Committee. A complete file of library annual reports exists from 1910-1955. After 1955, the annual reports are working files and do not often include the final report.
